Quick Tip : Command + Tab
Did you know that you can easily switch between multiple applications in OS X and Windows? For OS X, hold down the Apple (Command) key with one finger and tap the Tab key with the other. Let go of the Apple key when you get to the application you want. For Windows, hold down the Control key with one finger and tap the Tab key with the other. Let go of the Control key when you get to the application you want.

Another quick way to move from one window to another is with the F9 key. Hit the F9 key at the top right of your keyboard (right above the zero). Your windows will all appear simultaneously and you can just click on the one on which you need to work.
